While we understand life happens, FORWARD. SALON enforces a 50% cancellation fee, calculated on the service total, for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start-time. In the event of a “no show” for an appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the services. Once services are rendered by our salon professionals or products (including hair extensions) are purchased, we do not offer refunds. We take pride in delivering exceptional results and providing high-quality products, and our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Deposits, prepayments, and any associated commitments are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns about a service received, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address the issue. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you.
