ALYSHA REEVES
Alysha Reeves has been in the industry since 2009, specializing in blonding and extensions of all kinds. Now fully focused on running FORWARD. SALON, she has stepped away from daily work behind the chair, while still occasionally styling for campaigns and influencer partnerships. Alysha thrives in teaching the technical side of hair, from theory to strategy, and is passionate about helping stylists build successful, sustainable careers. Married to her husband Michael since 2021, she’s a devoted dog mom, though her cat Veda will always be the real love of her life.

Lesley Jarboe has been behind the chair since 2007, specializing in blonding, multi-dimensional color, effortless cuts, and tape-in extensions. Now balancing her time between her clients and co-owning FORWARD. SALON, she brings both artistry and leadership to everything she does. Known for thriving in hands-on education, Lesley loves working side by side with stylists to refine technique and build confidence behind the chair. Married to her husband Michael since 2010 and a proud mom to her son Jack, her heart is in her work and her people.

Alysha is currently not taking clients and her books are closed as she focuses on running FORWARD. SALON and collaborations. If you’re a small business or local influencer interested in partnering, please visit our Collab page at the top of the site.
